We come from product, engineering, design, and operations. We work as one team with a bias toward shipping. Every product we build we keep and run, so we live with the consequences of every decision. If you want to build something real and stay to run it, you'll fit in here.

interview process
We respect your time. Our process is consistent so you always know where you stand.
A 30-minute conversation with someone from the team. We want to understand who you are, what you've built, and what you're looking for. Not a quiz.
A short, paid task relevant to the role. We design it to reflect real work, not abstract puzzles. Usually takes 2 to 4 hours.
A deeper conversation with the person you'd report to. We talk through your craft task, how you think, and how you work day to day.
An informal session with a couple of the people you'd work alongside. No more assessments. Just a chance to see if it feels right on both sides.
We move quickly. If we think you're the right person, you'll hear from us within two days of your final conversation.
